Our goal is to ensure your experience shopping with us is a safe, hassle-free and exciting adventure and that you are absolutely in love with your new treasure(s).

If you open your package and are anything less than thrilled with the product(s), please contact us immediately so we can make things right.

We go to great lengths to source the best products from the best designers around the world. This includes keeping good contact with them and ordering samples to ensure quality and test their shipping methods. Unfortunately, things can happen and items can arrive defective, late, or they are just not what you expected.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Items may be returned for refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days after being delivered to its final location.

Items returned for refund or exchange should be unworn and undamaged (with the exception of items received defective), with tags still attached.

Our 100% Satisfaction Promise to You

a.) If the product arrives damaged, defective, it's not what you expected or if you just don't like it, we will either offer you a refund, store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving it. 

b.) If you do not receive your order within the given time frame (each is different depending on the product and where it comes from, which will be stated on the product page), we will determine what the problem is and we promise to either reship, refund, or greatly discount your order. No hassles!

How Long Do I Have to Make a Claim for a Return or Exchange?

You have 14 days from the time the package has been delivered to its final destination to file for a return, exchange or store credit.

We encourage you to pick-up and/or open your package immediately in order to ensure you are completely satisfied with your product(s) within the 14 day period.

It's Been Over 14 Days but I'm Not Satisfied with My Product. What Can You Do for Me?

We understand you are busy and sometimes life can get in the way.

Perhaps you forgot to contact us within the 14 day period; or perhaps you didn't have a chance to use the item and it broke shortly after 14 days (this is extremely rare, but things can happen).

It's ok! We're very laid-back and here to ensure your complete satisfaction. 

Due to the specialized, limited-edition nature of all our products, we need to process any returns or exchanges as quickly as possible. If, for whatever reason, the 14-day period has passed, we will still do our best to honor our 100% Satisfaction Promise.

Every situation is different so we urge you to contact us as soon as you can with any grievances you may have regarding your purchase, so that we can rectify the situation.

I've Worn or Used My Item but it Broke Right Away. Can I Still Return or Exchange it?

We take great measures to ensure we only source top-quality, high-end products from artisans and designers with proven track-records. Even then, although extremely rare, something may happen to the product (either during the making process or the shipping) and it just doesn't hold up.

We recommend trying out your product with tags still attached as soon as you receive it - just to be on the safe side.

If the item(s) does break/fall-apart after use, please do not wait! Contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and help you out.
